1. General Return & Refund Policy

  • All items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Approved returns will be refunded, after which you may place a new order
  • Due to health concerns, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
    • Perishables (e.g. food, health supplements etc)
    • Underwear, diapers
    • Hygiene products 
    • Cosmetics

2. Defective Product Claims

Contact the vendor directly (see package for details) within 7 days with:

✓ Order number
✓ Clear photos of defect
✓ Detailed description

Replacement conditions:

✓ Original packaging intact
✓ Valid invoice included
✓ One replacement per order

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer-caused damage/misuse
  • Missing original packaging/receipt
  • Price changes post-purchase

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to original payment method
  • Timeline: 2-4 weeks 

5. Important Notes

  • Inspect packages immediately: Report issues within 7 days.
  • No cancellations after payment confirmation.
